Muhammad Hashir, a student of Balochistan Residential College Loralai, earned a bronze medal for Pakistan at the International Junior Science Olympiad (IJSO) 2025 in Sirius, Russia.
The global competition, held from November 23 to December 2, brought together young science students from 80 countries to compete in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
Hashir was part of a six-member team selected through a national process by the Pakistan Science Foundation and the Ministry of Science and Technology.
His achievement highlights Pakistan’s growing strength in STEM education and serves as an inspiration for students nationwide to pursue excellence in scientific fields.
