Meanwhile, 22-karat gold was recorded at Rs419,102 per 10 grams, reflecting the broader downward trend in precious metals. Market analysts link the fluctuation to global economic conditions and movements in international gold prices.

Silver prices also moved lower in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver dropping to Rs8,851 per tola and Rs7,588 per 10 grams.
