Morning show host Nida Yasir has publicly apologized to food delivery riders after facing criticism for her remarks on live television.
In an Instagram video, she explained that she shared a personal negative experience but admitted her choice of words was inappropriate.
Nida clarified that she never intended to generalize or offend the entire rider community, acknowledging that many riders work honestly and extremely hard.
She added that live shows sometimes lead to unintentional phrasing mistakes.
Nida said she is “human, not an angel,” and sincerely apologized to any riders hurt by her comments, which sparked strong reactions online.
