Italy has opened new employment opportunities for Pakistan, offering 10,500 jobs to Pakistani workers over the next three years. Under the Pakistan Italy labour agreement, 3,500 workers annually will be hired through seasonal and non-seasonal quotas.
Opportunities will be available across sectors including hospitality, healthcare, agriculture, welding, technical trades, and domestic services. Both skilled and semi-skilled workers are eligible.
Officials say this initiative aims to boost overseas employment and strengthen bilateral cooperation.
The next Pakistan Italy Joint Working Group meeting is scheduled in Islamabad in February 2026 to advance the implementation process.
