Rizwan Pathan, a national-level martial arts and gymnastics athlete from Bajaur District, is now working as a laborer in a marble factory in Nowshera due to financial hardship.
Despite winning a gold medal at the 2018 National Martial Arts Championship and earning multiple provincial and local victories, limited resources have forced him to step away from competitive sports.
Rizwan continues to pursue his dream of representing Pakistan internationally, highlighting the challenges talented athletes face without sponsorship or financial support.
He remains determined to achieve success for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Pakistan.
